Blackjack is an incredibly sweet 10 year old registered Arabian and stands at 15.1 hands. This guy is absolutely stunning with  the characteristic dished face and beautiful eyes everyone loves in an Arab.  Blackjack has the coolest in your pocket and engaging personality and  you can’t help but love him.  We feel like we would do really well in an English setting because of his gaits and movement but is trained as a Western horse.  He's been a pack horse in the mountains of New Mexico and has crossed rivers and over rocky terrain in Idaho, so he's comfortable on trail and happy around other horses. 

Blackjack is extremely respectful and such a gentleman on the ground that our 7 year old daughter can easily trailer load him, brush, wash and take him all over the property. He hops in the trailer with a point and a click and can stand tied for hours. He has been hauled extensively and doesn’t mind being in any type of horse or stock trailer. He has been exposed to barking dogs, cows, cars, trucks, donkeys, dirt bikes, quads, UTV’s, tractors, farm equipment, jackhammering and everything you can imagine on trail. He has a nice floaty trot, comfortable lope and a confident walk.

We invested a few extra months of training in this gorgeous guy and installed lots of buttons including beginning work on finally changes and he's been doing great.  He has become incredibly consistent and holds himself nicely in the arena.  We’ve also taken him all over on trail and in a breed that's known to be flighty and hot, he’s the exception and is an incredibly solid horse.  He has a great mind and easily handles all of the obstacles that we have thrown at him.  Our nine year old son absolutely loves riding him, however we would recommend a beginner work with a trainer because of Blackjack's responsiveness and the buttons we've put on him. 

Blackjack has been pre-vet checked and is up to date on vaccines, teeth, worming, and farrier.  No maintenance.
