Frosty has been the barn favorite ever since he came to Lazy Oaks Ranch! He’s got just the cutest teddy-bear appearance, with a huge white blaze, and the most adorable frosted ear tips! When Frosty was younger, he lived in the Dakotas, where it got so cold that the tips of his ears got frostbite, which led to how he got his name! Frosty is 8 years old, standing at 14.3hh. His coat was bay when we first got him but he’s been greying out super beautifully ever since. 

He’s got the most gentle and calm demeanor, and just wants someone to love on him! Frosty is the most in your pocket gelding whether it’s out on trail or in the arena, nothing really seems to faze this guy! We haven’t had him for very long and he’s passed our program super quickly with flying colors! We only wish we had 10 of him! Frosty is the kind of horse that just about anyone could ride and enjoy! It’s been hard not to keep him ourselves!

 He's a great babysitter, and always makes sure to take care of his rider first. He’s a seasoned ranch horse, having worked cattle and gates daily, wherever you want to go with this guy he’s down for the ride! Frosty has tons of trail miles and crosses water, goes over bridges, not fazed around traffic, climbs steps, and has been exposed to dogs, cattle, tractors, atvs, leaf blowers, birds and ducks taking off, flags, tarps, ropes, you name it! Frosty is one of a kind, a unicorn if you will, and unfortunately these don’t come by often. He thrives in any environment and adjusts easily to new situations. 

Frosty has been pre-vet checked and is up to date on vaccines, teeth, deworming, and farrier work. No maintenance.
