Maple is so excited to be your child’s trail buddy!  She looks like a Breyer horse come to life with her beautiful silver bay coloring, big gentle eyes, and mane and tail for days - just waiting to be brushed and braided. We've had her since the kids were tiny and she has taken care of them every step of the way. Maple is our daughter Georgia's best friend, and she is ready for her next child. She will greet your child at the gate or in the stall, ready for their next adventure. She is fantastic with beginners and will take care of her rider. Georgia has ridden her all over the property  and on some of the most challenging trails in our area - Maple handles any trail challenge you can throw at her.  She's been in the water at Fiesta Island, she's been in the waves at Imperial Beach, she's been up and down hills and over treacherous slippery terrain. She handled it all with a calm, level headed disposition, even when other horses were struggling to stay calm. She hops in the trailer and gets along well with the other horses - big or small. 

Georgia has ridden her bareback in a halter into the pond, ridden her around in the water, then both kids took turns jumping off of her into the water.  Maple has been ridden all over the property, and she's carefully taken Georgia over the stairs, on the teeter totter, and up and down the stone steps without missing a step or batting an eye. She's just not fazed by much and will take care of your kids like she has ours.

While trail is definitely Maple's specialty, she's also taken Georgia through several gymkhanas when Georgia was younger and she handles poles, barrels, and especially hurry scurry like a pro. 

Maple has been exposed to dogs, cars, trucks, tractors, quads, UTVs, leaf blowers, birds taking off, loud noises, tarps, balls, flags, and ropes all over her body and feet.  She easily crosses water, steps over downed logs, and goes over obstacles.

Maple is a unicorn in pony clothing. She will stand still for hours to be groomed and have her mane and tail brushed and braided. She's been painted and worn a tiara and visited a preschool. Maple taught our little girl to ride - she can do the same for your child.  For the youngest riders she would also make a great lead line pony.  If you have followed us for a while you’ve seen all the crazy things our kids have done on their ponies! She's so ready for her next kid to love on and go on adventures with. 

Maple has been pre-vet checked and is up to date on vaccines, teeth, worming, and farrier. No maintenance.
